We do not collect or store financial account numbers, Tax File Numbers (TFNs), or other sensitive financial identifiers. Do not enter these into the chat.

Your queries are used solely to generate tax research responses in real-time. We do not:

• Use your queries to train AI models
• Share your data with third parties
• Store queries beyond your active session (unless you explicitly save them)

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is processed and stored within Australian data centres. We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest) and session isolation to ensure your queries cannot be accessed by other users.

4. Session Isolation

Each user session is fully isolated. Your queries, saved templates, and research history are accessible only to your authenticated account. We maintain strict access controls and audit logging.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at any time to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
